Privacy Policy

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The Japanese version is the official policy, and it prevails if the two differ. The contact form is in Japanese, but you may write in English.

Article 1. Basic policy and scope

The operator (“we”) of gamenoa (gamenoa.com and the pages under it; the “Site”) has established this privacy policy (the “Policy”) to handle users’ information appropriately. Terms used in this Policy have the meanings given in Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “APPI”).

You can use the Site without creating an account or entering an email address.

Article 2. Information we collect

Information you enter

What you enter in “Send feedback”, together with technical information at the time of sending (the URL of the page, browser type, screen size, and records of errors that occurred). This form is anonymous and does not ask for your name or email address. Please do not include information that can identify you.
What you enter in the contact form (including requests under Articles 7 and 8). A reply email address is asked for only when you want a reply.

Information collected automatically when you use the Site

Usage information from Google Analytics (pages viewed, actions on a page, and so on).
Information related to ad delivery by Google AdSense (records of ad impressions and clicks, measurement cookies, and so on).
Information about visits and page loading speed from Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Server communication logs (IP address, date and time, browser type, and so on), used to prevent unauthorized access and to investigate problems.

Information stored only on your device

Game progress, settings, recently played games, and similar data are stored in your browser’s storage (local storage). They are not sent to our servers and are deleted when you clear your browser data.

Article 3. Purposes of use

To provide the Site, fix problems, and improve its usability and content
To deliver ads and measure their effectiveness
To prevent misuse and keep the Site secure
To respond to inquiries and to requests under Articles 7 and 8
To comply with laws and to exercise or defend our rights

Article 4. External services and sending information to them

The Site uses the following external services, and your browser sends information to each company (this is the disclosure required by Article 27-12 of Japan’s Telecommunications Business Act).

Google Analytics

Recipient: Google LLC and its affiliates
Information sent: Information about your browser, device, and connection (including IP address), approximate location, pages viewed and actions on them, and identifiers stored in cookies
Purpose: We use it to analyze usage and improve the Site. Google uses it to analyze users’ browsing trends and history.

Google AdSense

Recipient: Google LLC and its affiliates
Information sent: Information about your browser, device, and connection (including IP address), pages viewed, records of ad impressions and clicks, and identifiers stored in cookies
Purpose: We use it to show ads that cover the cost of running the Site. Google uses it to deliver ads and other information.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc.
Information sent: Information about your browser, device, and connection (including IP address), the URL of the page viewed and the referring URL, the time taken to display the page and to respond to your actions, and the size of layout shifts and the page elements where they occurred (no cookies are used)
Purpose: We use it to understand the number of visits and page loading speed. Cloudflare uses it to provide this service.

For details on how each company uses information, see Google’s page and Cloudflare’s page. You can manage Google ad personalization in Ad Settings, and stop sending data to Google Analytics with the opt-out browser add-on.

External services used to provide the Site

Cloudflare: delivering the Site, and storing what is sent through “Send feedback”.
Google: receiving the contact form and storing its contents.
Anthropic: reviewing feedback and inquiries (AI), and improving the Site.

If we add or change external services, we will update this Article.

Article 5. Provision to third parties

Information is sent to each company through the use of the external services in Article 4.
Otherwise, we do not provide collected information to third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property.

Article 6. Security measures

We choose services from established providers and take measures such as access restrictions and encrypted communication (HTTPS). For security reasons, we do not publish the details.
We use services from companies located in the United States (Google, Cloudflare, and Anthropic), and information may be stored on servers in the United States and elsewhere. Anthropic’s AI is used to review feedback and inquiries and to improve the Site. We take security measures with an understanding of the personal information protection systems in the United States.

Article 7. Requests for disclosure and other actions

We will respond without delay, except where the law provides otherwise, to requests under the APPI (notification of the purposes of use; disclosure of retained personal data or of records of provision to third parties; correction, addition, or deletion; suspension of use or of provision to third parties).

How to request: please contact us through the contact form. We may ask you to submit documents to confirm your identity.
Fees: only for requests for notification of the purposes of use or disclosure of retained personal data or of records of provision to third parties, we charge 2,000 yen (tax included) per request. The same amount is charged as a handling fee even if we cannot fulfill the request. There is no fee for requests for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties.
Because the Site has no accounts, we may be unable to confirm your identity for information that cannot be linked to you, such as the contents of feedback, and may therefore be unable to fulfill such requests.

Article 8. Disclosure of the operator’s name and address

At the request of a person concerned, or of anyone using or considering using the Site, we will disclose the operator’s name and address without delay. Please make your request through the contact form.

Google Analytics and Google AdSense use cookies and similar technologies to measure usage and deliver ads.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
In applicable regions such as the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a consent request for Google’s ad delivery may be shown through Google’s consent management system.

We respect the additional rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK data protection law. To exercise rights such as withdrawing consent, data portability, restriction of processing, or lodging a complaint, please contact us through the contact form.
Information may be transferred outside the EU, EEA, and UK as needed, and we take appropriate safeguards when it is.

Article 11. Changes

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in laws or in the Site. If there is an important change, we will announce it on this page.
